My name is Tim Hughes. I am currently the Systems Manager for the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. I have worked in the federal judiciary since 2002. In 2015, I joined the circuit team as the Assistant Systems Manager and in 2017 assumed the role of Systems Manager. I have been the backup to the Systems Manager in TNED from 2004-2015, where I lead all development projects. I have great communication skills. I'm a logical, creative and forward thinker. I have the heart of a teacher and believe in teaching at an appropriate level. I enjoy teaching, coaching and motivating others. I have shown good leadership skills.
