• Led the migration from CM Current Gen to nextGen;
• Communicate directly with Clerk, Chief Staff Attorney, Chief of Mediation, Circuit Executive and Chambers to develop more efficient policy and automate procedures;
• Oversee project development and deployment;
• Complete full project scope: planning, service creation, development, deployment and training;
• Coordinate training; Create instruction and training material; Facilitate training;
• Creation of applications using PHP and Javascript for managing critical data and streamlining automation; Applications created provide the following services: document creation, notification systems, complex reporting, scheduling systems, A/V streaming/recording services, workflow systems, general db applications (see more);
