US District Courts

Serve as a backup to the IT Manager; Serve as Administrator for CM-ECF, JMS, Web Servers, Linux Servers;
Communicate directly with clerk, chamber and probation staff to develop more efficient policy and automate procedures;
Oversee project development and deployment of all applications;
Plan and coordinate every OS upgrade or software migration;
Complete full project scope: planning, service creation, development, deployment, training and marketing;
Coordinate training; Create instruction and training material; Facilitate training;
Creation of applications using PHP, Asp, Perl, Coldfusion and Javascript for managing critical data and streamlining automation; Applications created provide the following services: document creation, notification systems, complex reporting, scheduling systems, A/V streaming/recording services, workflow systems, general db applications;

Creation & Maintenance of internal and external web apps, for Probation, Clerk, Pretrial Services;
External apps using ASP and Perl - Internal sites using PHP, Perl, and Java;
Streamlined sites for easier maintenance; Develop database designs and applications;
Lead group development meetings for various projects, and design workflow projections;
